Everyone was a pleasure to work with from the office to the installers. They were competetive and on-time. My floors and countertops look great.

3 weeks of shoddy work

If you are looking to pay top dollar for bottom dollar work, this is your company. Not only will they not do it right the first time, they try anything but actually ripping out the problem area and correcting it. 'Wouldn't a capstone cover the mismatched grout line nicely?' '[Our poor cuts] are because you didn't buy our tile in the first place' Weeks later you too can enjoy uneven grout lines from angular (instead of straight) cuts and bulnosed edges that hang 1/8 to a 1/4 inch past the tile below. To be fair they did a fine job with the floor, just not with anything else.
